All Sessions will be held on The Citadel campus.
Capacity:
Camp limited to the first 36 wrestlers who register.
Price:
Cost $350 for commuters and $450 for overnight.
Meals:
Camp will include Lunch and Dinner for the 27th
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for the 28th
Breakfast and Lunch on the 29th

Friday, June 27th
- 8 AM-9 AM Check-in to VTF (Counselors will escort campers) Both commuter and overnight campers. Please email forms to bulldogwrestlingcamps@gmail.com prior to arrival to help speed up the process.
- 9 AM – 9:15 AM Camp Rules Briefing
- 9:30 AM – 9:55 AM Athletics Facility Tour
- 10 AM-10:30AM Meeting with Admissions
- 10:30AM- 11:30AM Campus Tour with Admissions
- 11:45AM – 1:15 PM (Lunch)
- 1:30 PM – 3PM Session #1 Technique (Making Contact, Setups, and leg Attacks)
- 3PM -3:15PM Break
- 3:15- 5 PM #2 Technique and Drilling (Review, Single leg setups & Finishes)
- 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Dinner (Mess Hall)
- 7 PM- 8:30 PM Session #3 (Hard Drill/ Live Wrestling)
- 8:30 PM Day campers are allowed to leave
- 8:45PM – 10:00 PM Overnight campers in VTF

- 11 AM - 12 PM Brunch
- 12:30 PM- 1:30 PM Technique Session 5 (Escapes and reversals from the bottom position)
- 2 PM – 3:30 PM Practice Field conditioning and Group Activity (Russ Hubbs)
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Workbook/Mental training in Deas Hall
- 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Dinner
- 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM Technique and Training Session 6 (Hard Drill/ Live Wrestling)
- 8:30 PM Day Campers dismissed
- 8:30pm - 10:00 PM All overnight campers in VTF
- 10 PM Room Checks
- 11 PM Lights out
Sunday, June 29th

- 9:15 AM – Commuter Check-in (Deas Hall)
- 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM Session 6 (Technique Session 7 short offense and defense)
- 12 PM - 1 PM Lunch
- 1:00 - 2 PM Session 8 (Riding from the top position, breakdowns, and turns)
- 2 PM - 3 PM Session 9 Hard Drill and live wrestling
- 3 PM- 3:30 PM Closing Remarks

You will be charged a $100 deposit & credit card processing fees for cancelation prior to June 14th
After June 14th any cancelations will be 50% refund
All requests for refund or session changes must be received by email. All deposits are nonrefundable (NO EXCEPTIONS). If a camper withdraws from the camp for any reason up until 14 days prior to the start of that camp session, tuition will be refunded less the deposit amount. If a camper withdraws after 14 days prior to the start of camp refunds will be considered on an individual basis. If a camper withdraws after 7 days prior to camp NO refunds will be granted. If a camper withdraws from camp for any reason after camp has begun NO refund will be granted. If a refund is granted payment will NOT be processed until after the conclusion of our entire summer camp season. Refunds most likely will NOT be received until sometime in the month of August.
