Prices
Individual Resident: $400 (cost includes 3 nights and 7 meals)
Day Camper: $300 (Does not include meals or lodging)

Team Discounts (overnight prices)
10-14 wrestlers: $25 off per wrestler if deposit is received by May 18th. (Total per wrestler= $375)
15 or more wrestlers: $35 off per wrestler if deposit is received by May 18th. (Total per wrestler= $365)
20+ $45 off per wrestler if deposit is received by May 18th. (Total per wrestler= $355) 

**First coach bringing 10 or more wrestlers is provided room and meals at no cost. A second coach is free with 15 or more wrestlers. Additional coaches accompanying a team may participate for $150 per coach.

Please note if a team falls below the number wrestlers to qualify for discount at check-in all applied discounts will be removed. No Refunds on Deposits.

Final payment due 2 weeks before camp

Multiple Camp Discount: If an individual registers for more than 1 of our camps they can qualify for a $50 discount for the 2nd camp.

Sibling discount (Individuals Only): $50 discount for 2nd sibling. **This discount doesn't apply to individuals who register with a team. 

Refund Policy
$100 Deposit is non-refundable. Partial refunds for medical reasons will be handled on a case bycase basis.

Sunday, June 22nd

8:45AM Individual Tournament (Runs until conclusion)
Following the conclusion of the tournament CHECK OUT of Battalion *It is the responsibility of the Coach to check each room and to note any damages (broken windows, blinds down, window screen missing, etc). The school will be billed for any damages and lost keys. 
 
Camp Rules

  1. All campers will be in rooms and accounted for at 10 PM. 
  2. Lights out every night at 11 PM.
  3. Rooms will be inspected upon check-in and check-out. Rooms should be in the same condition as of time of arrival. 
  4. Campers will not be allowed in the counselor’s room. 
  5. Campers will not be allowed to leave campus without written permission from the Camp Director.
  6. Counselors will monitor all common areas, hallways, and campus areas while the camp is in session.
  7. Attendance will be taken prior to all training sessions & meals.
  8. Visitors will not be allowed in any campus housing used by the camp. 
  9. Dress code for mess hall: no sandals/slides or wife-beater shirts allowed. Shoes must be close-toed and shirts need to have regular sleeves.

Refund Policy 

After June 1st any cancelations will be 50% refund 

All requests for refund or session changes must be received by email. All deposits are nonrefundable (NO EXCEPTIONS). If a camper withdraws from the camp for any reason up until 14 days prior to the start of that camp session, tuition will be refunded less the deposit amount. If a camper withdraws after 14 days prior to the start of camp refunds will be considered on an individual basis. If a camper withdraws after 7 days prior to camp NO refunds will be granted. If a camper withdraws from camp for any reason after camp has begun NO refund will be granted.
